To register staff, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.

Step 3: Click on 'Associations' from the left hand navigation > select the box for the Organization in wish to register to.
Step 4: Select 'Staff Reg' for the organization you need.
Step 5: You will now see the master list of all of your staff for your entire club. ALL staff that has the status Eligible will show a light orange 'Eligible' box to the right of their name.
- Select the box(s) next to the staff's name that has a status of eligible
- Select 'Register' on the top right-hand corner
Step 6: A fly-out window will open, select 'Make a Payment'.
Step 7: You can choose from an existing card you have on file or you can click on '+Add a credit or debit card' > select 'Pay'.
Staff have now been registered and are in Review status.
Note: Staff basic information can not be changed at this point unless the staff comes back denied. Athlete one does not handle the background check, sideline sports doc, and safe sport.
