SOR-Disqualification-Suspension Review Certification needs to be completed by the Club Admin as a registration requirement for applicable players. The requirement is to be a one-time certification by an administrator of the player's club verifying that the player is not included on any of the specified sex offender registries or disqualification/suspension lists, pursuant to US Club Soccer Policy 13.08, as well as U.S. Soccer and U.S. Center for SafeSport requirements:

Applicability:
For all youth players who will be 18+ years old during the applicable registration year.  For 2024-25, that includes all players who will be 18+ years old on or before July 31, 2024.

To be completed by:
Administrator of the player's club.

Status options:
The club administrator will be prompted to select and submit one of the status requirements for each applicable player. After submission, the status will be locked and only able to be revised by US Club Soccer.

  • Approved
  • Pending - potential match for US Club Soccer review
  • Denied

The status must be Approved before a pass card can be issued for the player by US Club Soccer

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here 
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account'



Step 3: Click 'Associations' > then select 'SOR Review'



Step 4:  Select 'Click Here' to access the sex offenders registries, disqualification/suspension lists. 



Step 5:  Search your player's name in both websites.  If the player is on the list you will update the status as 'Deny'.  If they are not on the list, you will update the status to 'Approved'

To update the status of the players, check the box next to each player or you can select the box at the top of the list to select 'all players'. 



Step 6: Click 'Change Status' located in the top right hand corner. 



Step 7: Choose the status you need to update the players to.
