A player may not be appearing in association registration for a few reasons:

  1. The player must first be added to the athlete one system at your club level for the player to appear under association registration.  Note: the player must also be listed as a 'first team player'
  2. The team the player is on must match the team listed in association registration.  Note: This can be confirmed by matching the athlete one team ID listed under the team name.
  3. The athlete one ID is not a player account, but is a staff account created by the player by mistake.  In this case, you would need to reach out to the athlete one support team to assist in correcting the mistake.
