Working Schedule:
When you have a working schedule you are required to enter your Home games Fields and times. Typically your league will give you a due date in order to complete this.

Scheduling within your working schedule:

Note: Prior to creating your schedule, make sure you complexes and venues are updated. How to edit a complex's availability

Step 1:  Select Calendar/ Scheduler from the left hand navigation.  Select 'Working Calendar' in the middle of the page



Step 2: You will see all games on the left hand side of the calendar that need to be scheduled




Step 3:  Create your schedule 
  • Filter the league by selecting the dropdown menu above the list of games and select the league you wish to work on.


Step 4: Select the date of the first home game.  Play dates will be provided by the league

Note: If you need to change a play date, you will need to make game change request after the schedule goes live.  How to make a game change request?

Step 5:  Change the time increments on the top to adjust the increment interval time to provide time between the next scheduled game.



Step 6:  Drag and drop the games to the fields and times you want. 

Note: Games can be removed by right clicking on the scheduled game and then selecting 'Unschedule'.  The game will then appear back on the left hand side under 'Games' to then schedule.
