Step 1: Log Into Your Club Account

Step 2: Access Your Club
From the left-hand navigation menu, select:

My Accounts > Club Account > select your club.

Step 3: Navigate to Active Programs
Select Operations.
Select Operations.
Under Camps/Clinics, select Active Programs


Step 4: Create a New Program
Click Add Program in the top-right corner of your screen.

Step 5: Complete Program Information
Complete all required fields in the fly-out window, then select Save.

Note (New!): Camps and Clinics can now be assigned to a specific Seasonal Year, helping clubs keep registrations, reporting, payments, and historical records organized by season for easier management and cleaner reporting.
After saving, you’ll be directed to the camp setup page where you can continue entering details.
Step 6: Create Camp/Clinic Sessions
Once your Camps and Clinics Program is created, select ‘Camps/Clinics Session’.
Note: This will allow you to setup what kind of sessions you would like to host.

Step 7: Add a Session
Click ‘Add Camp/Clinic Session’ in the top-right corner.

Step 8: Enter Session Details
A fly-out window will appear
Complete all required session details for the Camp/Clinic you are hosting, then select Save & Next.

Step 9: Configure Registration Information
You’ll be prompted to enter additional Camp/Clinic details that players will see during registration, including:
- General Information
- Billing Information
- Registration Details
- Additional Settings
Complete all required fields, then continue.

Step 10: Complete Agreements & Documents
Complete all required information under Agreements & Documents, then select Save & Next.
Complete all required information under Agreements & Documents, then select Save & Next.

Step 11: Configure Messages
Complete all required information under Messages, then select 'Save & Next'.

Step 12: Finalize Details
Complete all required information under Details, then select Save.
Complete all required information under Details, then select Save.
Your Camp/Clinic setup is now complete.
