In order to see Member Reports, you must first log into your athlete one account.
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Click on 'Operations'
Step 4: Select the program you would like to view > Click 'Active Programs' 
Step 5: Select your specific program by clicking the program name
Step 6: Click on 'Total members'
Step 7: Here you will see an overview of all your club members and their program status > Select the member or members you would like to view on your report
You can filter the view by selecting one of the options at the top of the page (In progress, past due, scholarship, discount) or with the search engine in the upper right hand corner of the page > to select all Click the box next to 'Member name'
Step 7: Click 'Member export' to generate your excel member report > To view this report go to your computer downloads
