The Discounts/Scholarships section in Travel Billing allows clubs to create discount codes or apply scholarships to reduce a player's travel fees. You can choose from different discount types, customize the details, and save them to be applied during billing.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > select your club.
Step 3: Click on 'Operations' > Under Travel Billing, select 'Active Programs'.
Step 4: Click on the billing program you would like to create a discount code in.
Step 5: Select 'Discounts/Scholarships'.
Step 6: Click 'New Discount' from the upper right hand corner.
Step 8: A fly out will populate to select the discount type. Depending on the type you select, you will be required to input all fields and then click 'Save'.
