AthleteOne makes it easy to create
and manage tryout registration programs for
your club. Follow the steps below to set up a
new program, configure registration settings,
and prepare your tryout registration for
families.
Step 1: Log Into Your Club
Account
Log in to your AthleteOne account
Step 2: Access Your Club
Account
From the left-hand navigation menu:
- Select My Accounts
- Select Club Account
- Choose your club from the flyout
menu

Step 3: Navigate to Active
Programs
Click Operations from the
club dashboard menu, then
under Club Billing,
select Active
Programs.

Step 4: Select 'Add
Program'.

Step 5: Enter the program
details:
- Program Name: give your program a clear
name (e.g., "2026-27 Fall Season
Fees")
- Registration Start Date / Close Date: set
when registration opens and closes
- Program Start / End: set the program's
active dates
- Seasonal Year: select the seasonal year
that applies to this program. Seasonal
years follow US Club Soccer's format and
run from August 1 – July 31 (e.g.,
2026-27). This determines which age groups
(U6–U19) are eligible based on the
seasonal year cutoff dates.
- Description (optional) — add any
additional details about the program
- Configure any Additional Options as
needed
Select 'Save' when
finished.

Step 6: Once the program is
created, select the name > click each of
options to build out your program.
