To log a payment collected by your club, follow the steps below.  

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.




Step 3: Click on 'Operations'



Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under the billing program you are wanting to log a payment for.  In this instance, club billing



Step 5: Choose the program you'd like to log a payment in.



Step 6: Click 'Total Members'



Step 7: Select the member you want to log a payment for by clicking on the pencil icon on the right. 



Step 8: A fly-out window will populate to the right > Click 'Log Payment'

Step 9: Enter the amount and type of payment > Click 'Save'.
