The Agreements & Documents section in Travel Fees allows clubs to require specific documents from parents during the travel billing process. This ensures all necessary forms are collected and completed before travel fees are finalized.

Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here

Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.



Step 3: Select 'Operations' > 'Active Programs' under the Travel Billing section.


Step 4: Select the Program Name



Step 5: Select 'Travel Fees'



Step 6: Select your travel fee > 'Agreements & Documents'
