The Messages section in Travel Fees allows clubs to manage automated communications related to travel billing. Here, you can choose whether to send notifications for payments due, payments received, and past-due balances, keeping parents informed throughout the billing process.

Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here

Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.



Step 3: Select 'Operations' > 'Active Programs' under the Travel Billing section.


Step 4: Select the Program Name.



Step 5: Select 'Travel Fees'



Step 6: Select your travel fee > 'Messages'

Step 7: Enable or disable the message types you'd like to send:
  • Travel payment notification
  • Payment received notification
  • Past-due notification
