The Travel Fee tool allows clubs to set up new travel fees within an existing Travel Billing Program. You can add fee items, set details, and choose flexible payment options for families.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.

Step 3: Select 'Operations' > 'Active Programs' under the Travel Billing section.

Step 4: Select the Program Name

Step 5: Select 'Travel Fees'

Step 6: Select your travel program > 'Travel Fees'

Step 7: Select 'Create a new travel fee now'

Step 8: Add your items, click 'Add' > click 'Next'

Step 9: Fill out all required details. Here, you can set up either a 'Full Pay' or 'Payment Plan' option.
