Follow the steps below to view specific financial details and reports for an active billing program.

Note: Access to this information is restricted to certain roles, specifically the club executive team and the financial administrator.

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here 

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.



Step 3: Click on 'Club Details' 


Step 4: Click on 'View Full Financial Details' 



Step 5:  Select the active program you would like to view reports in.



Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Transaction Report'



Step 7:  You will see all transactions of that program
Transactions:

Member Names: Click Member Names to see a list of members filtered in alphabetical order.

Date: Click Date to see a list of members filtered by Date latest to oldest.

Type: Click Type to see a list of members filtered by payment type in alphabetical order.

Transaction ID: Click Transaction ID to see a list of members filtered by Transaction ID in alphabetical order. 

Refund/Credits: Click Refund/Credits to see a list of members filtered by Refund/Credits.

Amount: Click Amount to see a list of members filtered by the largest amount paid to lowest.

Search: Click Search to open the menu bar. Here you can search by Name, Date, Type, Transaction ID, or Amount. Select how you would like to search click search and it will populate. To rest your search simply click Reset.

Export: To export the selected report click Export in the upper right corner.
