Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’



Step 3: Click on 'Club Details' on the left hand side of your screen.



Step 4: Select either 'Competitive Staff', Recreational/Volunteer Staff' or a category under Executive Staff. 



Step 5: Click 'New Staff' > a fly-out window will open on the right hand side 




Step 6: Select either 'athlete one ID' or 'Email'  > enter in their info > Click 'Next' 

Note: If adding by email and the staff member already has an athlete one parent account, we would recommended they use the same email address for their staff account.  This will keep all of their accounts in one place and easy to access.



Step 7: If they don't already have an existing athlete one account it will have you enter in all their info; make sure to click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. 



Step 8: If they do have a pre existing account, the system will find the user > answer yes or no as to whether the staff member is an executive within the club and then select a role to assign to them.
