The club has the ability to change the status of a player's player card. This allows you to turn off the player card for leagues using digital cards which will not allow for the player to be able to check into a game.
Note: Access to this information is restricted to certain roles, specifically the club executive team and the financial administrator.
This function can be used if a player has not paid their player fees.
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Click on 'Club Details'
Step 4: Click on 'View Full Financial Details'
Step 5: Click 'View all Members' in the upper right hand corner of the page
Step 6: Select the player you would like to change their player card status > a fly out will populate where you can click 'Player Card Status'
Step 7: Change the status of the player card to either 'Active' or 'In-active' and add a message to the email that will be sent to the staff of the player's team > Click 'Save'
Note: The player card will remain in the status you set until changed
