Athlete one offers different roles for each user. Listed below are the different roles and the access each role has.

Executive Directors : Grants full access to the entire system, including financials, operations, member plans, and all administrative tools.

Financial Admin: Provides access exclusively to financials and member plans. This role does not have visibility into other system areas.

Director of Coaching: Offers system access excluding financials, operations, and association management.

Club Registrar: Allows access to registration, member management, and team information. This role does not include access to financial data.

Note: If you are a registrar and need access to what the Executive Director sees, we recommend changing your role to Executive Director ONLY.
