Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Select 'Communications' > select 'Individual Chat'.
Step 4: Select 'New Message' from the upper right hand corner of the page.
Step 5: A fly-out will populate to filter the individual or individuals you would like to start a chat with > input all required information, the message title, your message, and whether or not you would like the recipients to be able to respond to your message thread > click 'Send'.
Step 6: Once the message is sent, it will appear on the left hand side along with all of your individual messages. From here, you can search for a specific message or search for 'tags'
Note: Tags allow you to keep track of important conversations being had within groups and individuals. They are terms mentioned within any message so you can quickly see what is being talked about. For example- you can tag 'leaving team' and view any message where someone mentioned 'leaving team'.
