The chat feature in athlete one allows clubs to streamline communication with teams and staff. This article explains how to start a new chat, choose the right recipients, and send messages directly through the platform.
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Select 'Communications' > select 'Club Chat'.
Step 4: Select 'New Chat' from the upper right hand corner of the page.
Step 5: A fly-out will populate where you will select who you are starting a chat with (team or club) > input all required information > click 'Send'.
Step 6: Once the message is sent, it will appear on the left hand side along with all of your messages. From here, you can search for a specific message or search for 'tags'
Note: Tags allow you to keep track of important conversations being had within groups and individuals. They are terms mentioned within any message so you can quickly see what is being talked about. For example- you can tag 'leaving team' and view any message where someone mentioned 'leaving team'.
