Announcements can be used when you need to share information with a group but don’t require a response. For example, you may want to send an announcement to all families to “save the date” for your club’s annual fundraiser.
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.

Step 3: Select 'Communication Center' > select 'Announcements'.

Step 4: Click 'New Announcement' in the top right of your screen.

Step 5: A fly-out window will populate > Select 'Teams' or 'Club Staff'.

Step 6: If you choose Teams, Select the members from the teams you'd like to send the message to > 'send'. , the club staff, and your message, to send a club wide announcement > 'send'.

Step 7: If you choose Club Staff, Select your staff you would like to send message, complete message steps > 'send'.
