If your club participates in a league run by athlete one (such as ECNL), you are required to add your home complexes, venues, and fields into the system. This ensures that league schedules are accurate and that your facilities are available for assignments. 
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > select your club.

Step 3: Click on 'Club Details' > select 'All Complex/Venues'.

Step 4: On the top right select 'Add Complex' > A fly-out window will populate to the right > fill in all complex and venue information > Select 'Save'.

Note: When you add a venue you MUST also add the fields to that venue. i.e. If it is a high school, you can put Stadium or Field 1. 

Step 5: Select the Complex/Venue you just created > A fly-out window will populate to the right > Select 'Add New'.

Step 6: Select Venue type > Select the Number of Venues (i.e. number of fields at this location) > Select 'Save'.

After you add the venues you can edit the field name, add the size of the fields, surface, and status by using the pencil tool to the right of the venue name.

Step 7: Add Availability > Select the Individual venue or select all (by selecting all you will add the same dates and times for all fields) > Select the recurrence using multiple days or individual days > Select repetition > Select 'Save'.
