To assign an evaluation from your existing evaluation template, follow the steps below.
Note: If you've not yet created an evaluation template, follow the steps in this article. [ insert link ]
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account' > Select your club
Step 3:On the left-hand side, select 'Evaluations Center' > 'Player Evaluations'
Assign To Players By Team or Birth Year or Seasonal Year:
Step 4: Assign evaluations by selecting teams or player birth years by selecting 'Assignment By Team or Birth Year or Seasonal Year'
Step 5: In the fly-out window:
- Choose assignment method: By Team or By Birth Year
- Select Team Type and Team Gender from the dropdown
- Choose your team(s) or birth year(s)
- Select your Evaluation Template
- Assign evaluator: Head Coach of each team or Choose evaluator
- Click 'Save'
Assign To Individual Players
Step 4: Assign evaluations by selecting teams or player birth years by selecting 'Assignment By Player'
Step 5: In the fly-out window:
- Select Player Type and Player Gender from the dropdowns
- Choose your team(s) from Select Team(s)
- Select birth year(s) from Select Player Birth Years
- Choose your Evaluation Template
- Select Assign Evaluator from the dropdown
- Check the box next to each player you want to assign
- Click 'Save'
Once submitted, staff will be able to view player assigned evaluations by selecting 'Evaluations/Surveys'> 'Player Evaluations'
