You can respond to a dispute by following the steps below.

Note: athlete one is not responsible for the handling of disputes.  Disputes are held between the club organization and the disputers bank.

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.




Step 3: Click on 'Financials'

Step 4: Scroll down and click on the 'Needs Response' option under 'Dispute Overview'.

Step 5: Click the pencil tool next to the dispute that you would like to respond to.  A fly-out window will populate where you can select 'Counter Dispute'. 



Step 6: Follow the prompts and input the all required information to then submit your counter dispute.
