With 'View All Members', you can see every player in your club across all programs (travel, billing, tryouts, camps, etc.). From this view, you can check program registration and payment status, click into specific programs, manage scholarships and payment plans, and even update or add a parent's credit card as the main card— all in one place.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.
Step 3: From the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Financials' > In the top right, select 'View All Members'.
Filtering Options:
- Tabs: Quickly filter by player category.
- Dropdown: Narrow by program type, program name, or group/fee.
- Search: Use the search bar in the top right to find a player's financial information.

Here in the fly-out window, you can narrow your search by using the dropdown menu options.
Step 4: Once you've located the player, click their profile. In the fly-out window, select the program they're attached to.
Step 5: You'll be taken the selected program's fly-out window. From here, you'll be able to view and manage all financial information for that player in the program.
