The Master Reconciliation Report in athlete one lets you track all payouts for your club. From this report, you can view payout details, export all financial data at once, or download individual payout records as Excel files.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.
Step 3: From the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Financials' > scroll down to Merchant Overview, and select 'Master Reconciliation Report'
Step 4: Here, you'll be able to view your payouts.
Step 5: To export all financial data, click 'Export' at the top right.
Step 6: To export individual payouts, click into the 'Payout'.
Step 7: From the top right corner, click 'Export'. This will download an Excel file to your computer with an export of the data.
