The Financial Report provides a complete view of each member's financial details, including original fees, discounts, scholarships, credits, refunds, payments, past due amounts, and balances. You can also export reports for one or multiple players as needed.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.
Step 3: From the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Financials' > under Active Programs, select the program you're looking to view transaction reports for.
Step 4: In the program's financial overview, scroll down to the report tabs, and select 'Financial Report'.
Here, you can view member's original fees, discounts, scholarships, credit, refunds, how much they have paid, past due, and their balance.
Step 5: To export a Financial Report for one or more players, check the box next to their name(s) and click 'Export' in the top right.
