You will want to archive any billing program that is no longer in use. For example, at the end of a season, you may want to clean up your club account by archiving that seasons billing programs.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Click on 'Operations'
Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Club Billing
Step 5: Click the pencil icon next to the program that you'd like to archive
Step 6: Check the box next to 'Archived' > Scroll down and Click 'Update'
