This guide walks you through how to assign players to their teams directly from a billing program in athlete one. Using your active billing programs, you can quickly locate registered players, select their profiles, and assign them to the correct team.
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > select your club.
Step 3: Select 'Operations' > Select 'Active Programs' under Club Billing.
Step 4: Select the program you would like assign players from.
Step 5: Click on 'Total Members'.
Step 6: Find the player(s) you would like to assign to a team > Check the box to the left of their name > click 'Assign To Team' from the top right hand corner of the page.
Step 7: Choose the Team Gender, Team Type & then select the Team > Click 'Save'.
