The 'Payment Type' tab allows admins to adjust how a member's payments are collected. Follow the instructions below to change a player's payment method.
Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > select your club.

Step 3: Click on 'Operations' > Click 'Active Programs' under Club Billing.

Step 4: Choose the program.

Step 5: Click 'Total Members'.

Step 6: Select the member you want to disable a payment plan for by clicking on the pencil icon on the right.

Step 7: A fly-out window will populate to the right > Under Click on 'Payment Type'.

Step 8: Check the box that says 'Mail-In Payment (Check)' > Click 'Update'.
- When you click 'Update' a "Success!" message will appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
