You can create automated messages that can be saved and accessible when creating billing programs.  Follow the steps below to create club custom messages.

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.




Step 3: Click on 'Operations'



Step 4: Click on 'Custom Messages' 



Step 5: If you have already created messages you'll see them on the left hand side. You can edit them or you can add a new message by clicking  'Add New' in the upper right hand corner. 



Step 6: Once you have created your message make sure you click 'Save'




Step 7: You can assign messages to any program, you do this by
  • Clicking on 'Operations'
  • Click on the program type you'd like to attach the message to (i.e. Tryout Registration, Club Billing, Travel Billing etc.)
  • Select the program
  • Click 'Groups & Fees
  • Select the Group/Fees
  • Click 'Messages' on the right hand side of your screen. 
  • Here you can select the message you'd like to be sent out 



Step 8: Once you have selected the message you'll need to input the following.
  • Send Message: Click yes if you want the selected message sent. Click no if you would not like that question as part of the rotation
  • Email Subject: If you would like to change the subject line enter it here 
  • Sent From: Enter the email you would like this message to come from.
  • Reply Email: Enter the email you would like your members to reply to.
  • Copy Message to Club Registrars: Click yes if you would like Club Registrars to be copied on messages. Click no if you do not. After the information is entered Click 'Save'.



Step 9: After all changes have been made scroll down and Click 'Save'.
