The Travel Fee General Information section allows you to manage key settings for your club’s travel fees. From here, you can decide whether to collect fees, adjust travel start and end dates, choose if you’ll accept mail-in payments or charge processing fees, and even edit the travel fee name.

Step 1: Log into your athlete one Club Account - Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, go to 'My Accounts' > 'Club Account', and select your club.

Step 3: Select 'Operations' > 'Active Programs' under the Travel Billing section.
