This article explains how to generate Team Assignment Codes within AthleteOne. Clubs can share these codes with parents to ensure athletes register directly into the correct program, group/fee, and assigned team during registration.

Step 1
Log in to your AthleteOne account

Step 2
From the left-hand navigation menu:
  1. Select My Accounts
  2. Select Club Account
  3. Choose your club name from the flyout menu

Navigate to:
Operations → Active Programs (under Club Billing)

Select the appropriate program from the list of active programs.

Within the program, select Groups & Fees

  1. Select the appropriate Group/Fee
  2. In the fly-out window, select Team Assignments

Complete the required fields:
  • Assign the fee to a team
  • Select the applicable gender
  • Select the appropriate team birth years
Once all required selections are completed, a list of available teams will populate automatically.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the desired team(s)
  2. Click Copy Reg Link to generate the registration link
Note: The registration link format will appear as:
(Program – Group Fee – Team)

Paste and share the copied registration link with parents.

Using this link allows parents to register directly into the correct program group, fee, and assigned team automatically.
