By adding coaches to a tryout registration, they will have the ability to assign registered players to teams they were granted access to during the tryout.

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.




Step 3: Click on 'Operations'



Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Tryout Registration. 




Step 5: Click the registration you would like to grant coaches access to. 




Step 6: Click 'Coaching Access'.



Step 7: A fly-out will populate > select 'Add Coaches' and filter by the Staff type and Gender of the staff member.  Choose your staff member from the drop down menu, and select which player birth years you would like them to have access to > click 'Add'
