Granting volunteer access to an individual will allow the user to check the member in at the tryout. It will not allow for the user to assign the member to a team.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Click on 'Operations'
Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Tryout Registration.
Step 5: Click the registration you would like to grant volunteer access to.
Step 6: Click 'Volunteer Access'.
Step 7: A fly-out will populate > select 'Add Volunteer' and input their name, gender and pin code > click 'Add'
Note: The pin code you create must be numbers only and when applied by the user, will allow them to log into the app for tryout registration.
