Step 1: Log in to your Athlete One Club Account – Click Here

Step 2: From the left-hand menu, select ‘My Account’ > then click on ‘Club Account’ > and choose your club.



Step 3: Click on 'Operations'




Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Club Billing



Step 5: Click the Program Name 



Step 6: Click 'Total Members' 



Step 7: Select the player's name you would like to remove a credit or scholarship for.

Step 8: When you click ‘View’ under the Scholarship tab, you’ll see a trash can icon next to the player’s scholarship. Click it to remove the scholarship from the selected player.

Step 9: A message will appear in the top-right corner prompting you to type REMOVE to confirm that you want to delete the scholarship from the selected player.
