Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here 

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.




Step 3: Click 'Operations'


Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Club Billing 



Step 5: Choose the program you would like to take the payment in



Step 6: Click on 'Total Members'



Step 7: Click on the pencil icon next to the member you want to take a payment from



Step 8: A fly-out window will populate to the right > Click on 'Quick Payment'.



Step 9: Enter in the amount and credit card info > Click 'Make Payment'
