Invitation status's and meaning

  • Members Invited: Invitation has been sent to the player to join the club and is waiting for the player to take the necessary actions to continue.
  • Members Accepted Roster Spot: The Invitation was sent to the player. The player has taken the necessary steps and has completed his or her registration to the club and is ready to be assigned to a team.
  • Members Declined Roster Spot: The Invitation was sent to the player. The player has declined his or her registration to the club.
  • Members Did Not Make it: An email was sent letting the player know he or she did not make the club.
To view members within these status's:

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.




Step 3: Click on 'Operations'



Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Tryout Registration



Step 5: Choose the program you would like to see Invitation Status Info for



Step 6: Under 'Member Overview' you'll see 4 different statuses.
