What is safesport and who needs to complete it?
My player said they uploaded their safesport certificate of completion, but I do not see it in association registration.
Confirm with the player the account that they uploaded the document to. Does this email address match the email address you have attached to their player account within the club? It is possible that the player has multiple accounts and has not uploaded it to the correct one that is linked to the club. If they cannot access the correct account that is linked to your club, have them reach out to athlete one support to assist them.
Does the email address my player completed the safesport training under need to match the email address on their athlete one account?
No, safesport and athlete one are 2 separate entities and are not linked in any way. Your player can have a different log in for the safesport training website as long as the name on their certificate matches the name on their athlete one account.
My player does not see a parent signature required, but they are only 17.
The parent signature will generate once the required submission date is inputted.
