When registering teams to an event, you will have the option to register an individual team or multiple teams in 'Bulk'.  Below are steps on how to register multiple teams within your club to the same tournament.

Step 1: Log into your club account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.

Step 3:  Select 'Tournaments/ Leagues' from the left hand navigation > scroll down and select 'Register to a Tournament'.



Step 4:  There are 2 ways to find a tournament to register to:
  1. You can scroll to the bottom of the page to 'find a new tournament' > Here you can manually browse tournaments and whether their registration is open or closed. 
  2. You can also search for a specific tournament by selecting the 'search' button and search by the event name, location, start date, end date, team type or team gender.


Step 5: Once you find the tournament you would like to register to, select the 'Register button' to the right of the tournament listed.



Step 6:  A fly-out will populate > select 'Bulk Teams'

Step 7:  Input team type and gender > select the box to all teams you would like to register > click 'Next'



Step 8:  Input event information > click 'Next'
  • Division
  • Flight request
  • Head coach (based on the event you will be able to change the head coach per game if needed)



Step 9:  You will then see the fee associated with the event as well as a space to enter a discount code > click 'Next'.

Note: If using a discount code, input it in the provided space and click 'apply'.  Once you do so, you will see the adjustment made to the fee.

Step 10: Review the 'Terms and Conditions Agreement' > Click 'Next'

Step 11: Choose your payment method > Click 'Register'

Step 12: Your registration for the tournament is now complete!
