Staff members that are set to get notifications from specified leagues will get notified when a game change request has been sent to you from another club. To update these settings, refer to the document How to assign who receives game change notifications.
To view game change requests that have been sent to you by other clubs, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club
Step 3: Select Tournaments/ Leagues from the left hand navigation > select the league that you would like to make a game change request in
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Game Change Request'
Step 5: A fly-out will populate > select 'Game Change Request By Other Clubs'
Step 6: At the top of the page, you will be able to filter by 'Need Attention', 'My Approved Requests' and 'My Denied Request'
- Need attention: Requests that have been sent to you that need your approval
- My approved requests: Requests that you have approved
- My denied requests: Requests you have denied
