You can edit a custom email template at any point by following the steps below.
Note: You can only Delete a template that is not being used with an active billing program.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one account > select Club > select your club

Step 2: Select 'Communication Center' from the left hand navigation > select 'Email Templates'

Step 3: Scroll down and select the template you would like to edit under 'My Custom Templates'

Step 4: Click 'Edit Template'
Note: If you want to delete a template that is not being used in an active program, you will have the ability to delete the template here.

Step 5: Edit the name of the template and/or click 'Edit Email Text'. Make your edits and click 'save' at the bottom of the page.

Step 6: Once your updates have been made, send a test email to yourself to make sure everything looks correct from the user.

Step 7: If you are happy with your updated template, click 'Save' in the upper corner of the page.
