Once players and staff are submitted for review by US Club, they will either be approved or denied. If a player or staff member are denied, follow the steps below to fix and re-submit them for review again.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > a fly-out will populate, then select your club.

Step 3: Click on 'Associations' > select your league.

Step 4: Select 'Denied Staff' or 'Denied Players' under the Organization.

Step 5: Next to the denied person click on 'Why & Fix'.

Step 6: A fly-out window will open. Fill in the missing information or complete the required items > Click 'Submit'. This will put the person back into In Review for US Club to approve.
