Releasing a Carded ECNL League player must be initiated in the GotSport system.  If membership is paid/purchased for current registration year/season:
  1. Cancel a Membership
  2. Remove Player from Roster Builder
  3. Remove Player from Org

Once the player is released from your club in GotSport, the player will automatically move in Athlete One  to 'Releases and Transfers' under 'Associations' as a released player.

Note: This action will remove the player from the ECNL Org and from any rostered upcoming games.  The player will remain in your club under club details unless manually removed.

If you incorrectly released a player, you will need to contact US Club Soccer.
