Player status's can be manually updated from a tryout program.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one club account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Club Account’ > then select your club.
Step 3: Click on 'Operations'
Step 4: Click 'Active Programs' under Tryout Registration
Step 5: Choose the program you would like to see Invitation Status Info for
Step 6: Under 'Member Overview' you'll select 'Total Pre Registered Members'.
Step 7: Select the player you would like to update the status for > Click 'status' located at the top of the page and select the updated status.
When the status is updated to 'invite to team' or 'did not make it', the player will be notified of the status update with an automated email if this was set within the tryout programs groups/fees setting.
Step 8: Once a status is selected, the member will now be visible in the updated status overview.
