Reports are accessible within each billing program, allowing clubs to know the ins and outs of all financials. Below are the types of reports you can access.
Note: All financial page in athlete one are exportable.
Financials:
- Transaction Report- Shows all transactions within that billing program
- Financial Report- Includes member's original fees, discounts, scholarships, credit, refunds, how much they have paid, past due, and their balance.
- Reconciliation Report- This report will display exactly what a payment was made, how much it was, and where it's coming from.
- Past Due Report- View all members that are past due on payments within that program. The report will show the number of days late, amount past due, the group/fee associated with the payment, and reason.
- Comparison Report- Compare two programs to quickly see where you are at in comparison.
Financial adjustments:
- Scholarship Report- Refers to a detailed record that tracks and reports on the allocation and usage of scholarship funds within the club. These funds are often used to cover the expenses for members who may be financially unable to pay.
- Credit Report- Shows all credits that were applied
- Discount Report- Shows all discounts that were applied
- Refund Report- Shows all refunds that were issued.
- Remove Balance Report- Shows all accounts that the balance was removed on.
Additional reports:
- Donation Report- Report showing all donations given
- Sponsorship Report- Report showing all sponsorships
Credit Card:
- Expired CC Report- Report that lists credit card transactions or accounts associated with expired cards.
- Declined CC Report- Report that provides information about credit card transactions that were declined including the declined amount, the card type, number of declines, and reason.
Registration:
- Team Registration Report- Allows you to view current payment status and filter by head coach and see which teams have paid their balance and which are yet to pay.
